What are your rates?
You can check our rates by clicking either Book Now or Reservations. Our rates can change over time based on a number of factors, so checking at either of those links will provide you with the best and most accurate information!
Where is parking?
Our monitored parking lot is located half a block away from the front office at the intersection of Prytania and Thalia Streets. Parking is included with your room reservation, at no additional cost.
What time is breakfast?
Our complimentary breakfast is served in the dining room from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Which rooms are pet friendly?
All of our Cottage Rooms are pet friendly. We charge $15 for one furry friend, and $10 for each additional pet (ex. $25 for two pets, $35 for three pets). If our Cottage Rooms are not available for your desired stay, please contact us directly. We will always do our best to accommodate you and your extended four-legged family.
How far away is the French Quarter?
The French Quarter is located a safely walkable mile away from the hotel. It can also be easily accessed by the St. Charles Avenue streetcar, which is only a block away.
Are there any good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel?
We are close to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés! From upscale local dining experiences like Emeril’s, Peche, and Cochon, to fresh local favorites like Carmo, Beggar’s Banquet, and The Green Fork, every appetite and budget can be satisfied within a few blocks of the hotel.
Can I check in before 3 p.m.?
Absolutely. Just let us know if you plan to arrive before 3 p.m., and we will do everything we can to make sure your room is ready for you to check in when you arrive. If we can’t have your room ready, we are happy to store your luggage and let you park your car in our lot so you can start exploring the city while we get your room ready.
Can I check in after 8 p.m.?
Yes, definitely. If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., please review your reservation confirmation email for details on our late-arrival procedure. If you have any questions on how to check in, please contact us before the night of your arrival. We will do our best to make your late check-in process as smooth as possible!
